Expertise: Agriculture
Ramsey is a Principal and Senior Economist in the IHS Agriculture Service, where he is responsible for forecasting and analysis of North American agriculture. He has more than 20 years of extensive experience in the area of forecasting crop supply and demand conditions around the world. His work has included areas such as biofuel and its potential and impacts, trade policy, climate change, farmer behavior and adoption of technology, and measures of sustainability. He has a graduate degree in economics from the University of Delaware.
