Keymer is features editor for Jane’s Defence Weekly, with a specialist focus on military satellite communications and cyberwarfare. Prior to this position, Eleanor was IHS Jane’s in-house armed forces editor with responsibility for the editorial overview of all IHS Jane’s country-based defence analysis and military assessments. She has a BA from Royal Holloway, University of London and completed postgraduate studies in journalism at City University and in international relations at the University of London.
