Cacchione is director of energy equity research at IHS, where he is responsible for directing research on energy companies and the energy industry. Cacchione’s prior experience includes 10 years with a research firm focused on M&A in the mining, metals, and energy industries. He received his bachelor of business administration in accounting and his MBA in finance from Iona College in New Rochelle, N.Y. Cacchione holds the CFA designation, is a member of the CFA Institute, the Stamford CFA Society, and he participates in the grading of the CFA exam.
